Windows Defender Message at Startup

When my PC boots up I always get the following Defender message : "An
Application Registration change was made for a known application file :
C:\Progarm Files\Windows Defender\MpCmdRun.exe." What can I do to eliminate
this? Isn't the MPCmdRun.exe file a Defender file? Everything runs fine, just
trying to eliminate the inefficiency of Defender alerting me to itself.
Thanks.

RE: Windows Defender Message at Startup

Open up Defender, click on tools then choose options,

towards the middle of the page uncheck under Choose if Window Defender
should notify you about: Changes made to your computer by software that is
permitted to run

Yea, it is the defender command line utility so don't why it is modifying
the registry every time you boot up. Better investigate why it is doing that
in the first place.
