PKI Key Problems

Hi,
I don't know anything about pki keys or certificates and could really use
some help. I have a WinXP system running so I'm sure I have the correct
certificate.

We use Checkpoint VPN-1 to access our corporate servers remotely. We are
allowed to run this on our home PCs but we can't get tech support for home.
I upgraded to Windows Vista and I'm having a really hard time getting this
to work. I have the VPN-1 client that runs on Vista and that's working. I
guess my first probem is I'd like to delete a pki key I installed. I tried
deleting it with certmgr but when I try and import a new key it tells me the
profile exists. When I go to the pki management web site, where we
import/export/manage the keys, I test the key and it says Digital ID Tested
Successfully.

When I'm in the VPN client and click browse for new keys, I select my key
but I get an error: Token Login: Failed to retrieve KeyHolder". I'm really
stuck here and any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Regards-Michael G.
