unable to start security center service

Hello,

one of my customers security center service doesnīt start at boot.

Manually starting the service with the default user account isnīt possible.

The user account settings of the service are unknown for me at the moment.

The repository consistency is unknown.

NOD32 antivirus is running but Vista Home Premium is showing "Computer is
unsecure".

Please let me know how to force that the security center service get
startet.

Thank you.
