How do I uninstall windows patch KB891781

How do I uninstall HOT fix KB891781 It is screwing up my html editor
(Homesite 4.5.2) and I want it GONE! I do understand the risks of removing
this and on balance I am willing to risk it. I know how to remove it in
Windows XP but I couldn't find the uninstall program. I looked in the
Control Panel and then did a search on my hard drive. I also want to stop it
from ever downloading again. Under Windows XP I could chose the update
option of Custom and exclude it from downloading, but until I am able to
remove it, I can't select that option again under Vista.

Control Panel -> Programs -> View installed updates, search for the article
number in the search box and it'll filter it down to the exact update.

However, I do not have this update installed, and on the Knowledge base it
isn't listed as a Windows Vista update. Can you verify it is installed?

That appears to be an old XP update.
