updateIU.exe

Before I start running the web a message is displayed: «Do you want to
install updateIU.exe?" What's this? How can I handle with this?

Thanks from Portugal,

A quick Google for "updateIU.exe" gets me only two sites - one of them
is related to removing the Lop malware and the other one is a HijackThis
log in Dutch. This would indicate that the file is possibly malware. A
scan with the normal tools would tell you:

http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/...moving_Malware

However, Google suggests I might want "updaterui.exe" instead and tells
me that file belongs to the McAfee Updater User Interface.

So, please do check your spelling since Spelling Matters in this case.
Then you can take action accordingly, either checking with McAfee tech
support for what their dreadful software is trying to do or run
virus/malware scans.
