| | Can't click on bank login link I am using Windows Vista Premium and IE7. I can no longer click on my banks login link. I have two other banks and can click on their login with no problem. After many hours I know it is not a IE7 problem but something in my computer. Has anyone heard of this happening and how to fix it? Also, can't connect to Quicken to download transactions and I think the two problems are connected. I would appreciate some advise. thank you |

| | RE: Can't click on bank login link Hi onemulligan, You should NEVER click on a link to a financial institution - ALWAYS type the address manually into the Address bar and proceed from there. This also applies to financial software such as 'Quicken', 'Sage' and 'Microsoft Money' to name just a few. In the meantime, I would advise you to run a manual scan of your system using both your anti-virus software and Windows defender to see if they can pick up anything. | | RE: Can't click on bank login link Thanks for the reply. After many hours on the phone with my Bank and doing the check you suggested to me, I ended up formatting my Hard Drive. Now everything is working. I guess I will never know what caused the problem.
