can't send mail

Please help!
I use Windows mail and since coming up to our vacation home (with wireless DSL service different from our main home service) I can't send email. I do receive email though. I downloaded Windows Live, but still can't send. I tried sending from comcast.net page and still can't send. I get no error messages either. All of the emails I thought I sent end up in the "sent" file as if they were sent. I hope someone might have an answer to this very frustrating problem. Thank you.

If e-mails you "sent" ended up in Sent file, then what makes you believe they were Not sent? The Sent file is just a record of what you had sent. If e-mails failed to send, they would be in Out box.

I know because the recipients to whom the notes were sent DID NOT RECEIVE THEM!

Perhaps you want to check the e-mail address of the recipient. It's sent to somewhere.

The addresses were absolutely correct! I was even sending them to myself. The emails showed as sent in my mailbox but NEVER ended up in the recipients' mailboxes. Go figure! They're floating around in the ozone.

Are ALL e-mails that you sent never reached destinations, or just a few specific addressess. Do you have another e-mail address for yourself ? If yes, send one to that address, see if it gets there.

NO emails reached their destinations! And no, I couldn't even send one to my other email address.
