Yeah it sounds normal so unless it starts causing a problem I doubt its anything to worry about, You can always setup a test vista setup and see if the problem still occurs.

Oh and I found a tutorial on using the snipping tool, its included as part of the TabletPC features found under Windows Features in Control Panel\Programs and Features encase you uninstalled it...

I think its just your Hotmail account because you need your Live ID to signin and use WLM.
