The Backward Slash Button

The Backward Slash Button types capital W's with slashes through them in Msn Messenger.

Does anyone know why this happens?

try checking your language settings of what your keyboard is set to. go to :

Control Panel\Clock, Language, and Region> click change country or reigon and on the keybaords and languages tab click change keybaords
