| Vista Home Premium | Change the Store folder for WLM I would like to change the "store folder" for my windows live mail to another computer on my local network. However as soon as I cross into the LAN, the "ok" button to select a folder is grayed out. My goal is to have my XP desktop store my email and calendar items, and then access, view and update from my Vista laptop. I thought I read that this is possible, but I need some further help if it is possible. |

| Vista Home Premium | Re: Change the Store folder for WLM Thank you for your response. That sounds familiar--remember seeing something like that in another forum--had to create the folder before I redirected. But I don't remember the details on how-to. Can you direct me? |

| Windows Vista x64 Ultimate | Re: Change the Store folder for WLM Sure. Open Windows Explorer, then navigate the network into the computer containing the shared folder. A quick way of doing this is to edit the Windows Explorer address bat, and then type the name of the computer preceded by a double backslash: Code: \\COMPUTERNAME |

| Vista Home Premium | Re: Change the Store folder for WLM I am not doing something correctly. When I went to the network and clicked on the other computer, I clicked on the folder to which I would like to establish the new mapping, but it did not even have a "network" tab. I browsed around and found another folder that did have a Network tab, but I could not find anything like Map Network Drive... |

| Vista Home Premium | Re: Change the Store folder for WLM Peter, I did find the "Map Network Drive" in the drop down menu, but I don't know how to complete the info required and not comfortable trying to just figure it out. Do you know if there is a How-to doc somewhere so I can go step-by-step? |
