Vista - cant install WLM

Hello everybody.I have a problem while trying to install the latest version of WLM. When it goes to 100% it rolls back to 0% and nothing is installed...it also removes any previous installations of WLM.now i have WLM 9 beta,but when i try to sign in,it says that a newer version is available and i have to download and install this newer version so that i will be able to sign in.I will show exactly all the messeges that appear on my screen after the installation fails,for you to see.(i apologise for my english....i also want to point out that i am translating the error messages from greek to english,so be patient,i will try my best!).
So,here we go:

messenger :"Try repeating the installation of windows live programs.There was no installation of programs because the installation was cancelled.aborted:0x80004004"


mail:same as messenger

Photo gallery:" A network error occurred while attempting to read from
file C:\Windows\Installer\PhotoLibrary.msi
Close all open programs and try again.It appears that another program is preventing the normal function of the installation program.hr:0x80070643"

Please i really rely on your help,as i have searched through the internet,and still no solution.
