Vista - Can NOT import contacts from Outlook to Windows Live Mail !

I can not import my old contacts from Microsoft Outlook, to Microsoft Windows Live Mail. I open Live Mail, then go to Contacts page, then open "FILE" , then open "IMPORT", then try to select one of the types of files, such as CSV or Outlook, but NOINE of the file types are highlited, they are all grey, and you can NOT click on any of them.

Any ideas what is wrong??

Forget even trying that. The closest you could import if possible would be from Vista's version of Windows Mail not from Outlook or Outlook Express. In WLM you simply have to manually add most of your usual contacts in or use the add name to contacts list when going to send the first mail out to someone. That can save time if you have a good number on the list.

I am trying to import, while I am in the new Windows Live Mail application, and the manual says i can do this, but for some reason the different file types can not be highlighted. This is the problem. How could I import 200 contacts with phone,address,notes info for each one otherwise?
