MS Live OneCare problem

I have MS OneCare on my PC. I cannot view DATA pages on this web site:
http://www.itd.nps.gov/cwss/index.html
I also have a laptop without MS OnceCare. I CAN see the DATA pages with that
computer.
I've tried different settings but nothing helps. Any ideas?
I turned off popup blocker, added the site as a trusted site and turned on
Java, emptied my cookies, history and temp pages. Still Nada.

G'Day Charleszia,

Somehow I don't believe that it is Windows Live OneCare that is denying you access to the data on that website..........that is not it's prime function, and hopefully you have disabled Windows Defender.

As to your problem, I'm afraid that I'm unable to make any suggestions as to how you can overcome it.
