Windows mail. Help

i have a yahoo and a live email i am tryn my hardest to set them up on windows mail. my live i COULD receive but NOW IT WILL DO EITHER but my yahoo will not either THese are THE ERROR MESSAGE

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the "I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

now that i have totally took out the yahoo one . this is wat my live says now on receiven

but here are my settings


on my live account i have it set up like this sever tab
incoming is pop3.live.com
outgoing is smtp.live.com
log on using secure is checked.
the out going autha. is checked.
advance tab
out going sever port number is 25
incoming port number is 995
i have the ssl checkd on both



on yahoo
sever tab
incoming is pop.att.yahoo.com
outgoing is smtp.att.yahoo.com
log on using secure is checked.
the out going auth. is checked
advance tab
out going sever port number is 495
incoming port number is 995
ssl is checked on both.
