| windows vista | Windlows Live Messenger Installation Error I've been trying to install windows live messenger for about 3 days now. Everytime im installing it i get an error message about some sort of assembly issue. It then rolls back and states error 1603. Ive searched online, but the solutions arent helping. Im running windows vista. Thanks for the help |
