Vista - WLM 2009 build 14.0.8064.206 crash!! Help please!

hey everyone, imnew here so forgive me if i did post this in the wrong section lol. Anyways on to the problem.
I recently formatted my computer and installed Windows vista ultimate 32bit, everything works. The only problem im relaly having is this annoying MSN problem, i can sign in fine, everything goes well. EXCEPT there are certain people on the list if i open a conversation with them, OR if they say anything to me...WLM crashes! like wtf? lol no matter what i do it keeps crashing whenever i open a convo with that user or if that user messages me.

Any ideas? i did try searching around, i even searched google it lead me to this site ( a thread here ) that was left unsolved with the same problem

Left click on the messenger icon in your system trey. Click (open messenger).
At the right-top of your messenger, click on the help menu. You should see a
link (service status). Click on it and a live page will open in your browser. About
center of the page should be a list (Help ), with some links to help, technical support, feedback, and how to submit a bug. Tech support will be able to help,
and you should probably file a bug report.
