I did a bit of searching around that error code, and it seems the fix might be a little intensive, because most everything I’ve found suggests that you contact Windows Live Mail help. Here are the steps to get in touch with them:

1. Launch your browser
2. Go to http://support.live.com/
3. Click on "Windows Live Mail"
4. Choose one topic from the list on the left part of the page
5. Click on the “Get more help” option on the lower right part of the page
6. Then click on the “Get support”
7. Complete the form
8. Click "Submit."

Sorry I couldn’t come up with a quick, easy fix for you there.

Cheers,
