Some of my pictures on messenger are missing, can someone tell me why and how to get them back on??

sorry i meant to say user icon images. only some are missing??

Does no-one know how i can fix some pictures are missing on my messenger contact list (user icons). Please help....

tools>options>display picture>they should be there or u can search form them there.unless u deleted them form ur computer

thanks but if i go into tools options the only display picture it offers me is my own picture not any of my contacts it all started when i down loaded the new messenger i only have some of my contact pictures not them all ???....

oh i got ya..just ask ur contact to add a pic so it can be saved to ur computer and it pops up everytime
