| Newbie | Live one care renewal I have had Windows live one care since I purchased this new computer 17 months ago. The subscription is set to renew in 24hours but I have changed c/c details. Since 5 days I am trying to contact or find a way to contact live one care to no avail. I this isn't fixed I will have no choice but to revert back to Norton by tommorow to avoid problems caused . Could you possibly make this process any more difficult. Perhaps live one care has too many customers and doesn't need me. When i initate contact the system tells me i have no subcription at all. yet my home page reminds me every day when it expires. If this is what they call customer service then they nned to review there policy. David Younge |

| Master | Re: Live one care renewal Hello David, Welcome to Vista Forums. Live one care has been discontinued. MS has said that they will have a free replacement sometime this year. If you don't want to pay for norton, you could use the free apps listed here: Free Software List for Vista I like Avast AV, Comodo Firewall and Spybot Search and Destroy, but there are others to choose from. Hope this helps. Gary |
