Vista - Windows live communication platform has stopped working

hey im new here so i didnt really know where to put this, but yeah as it says in the title this comes up when i sign in and when i click on it just logs me out. plz can someone help me fix this cheers

First you should probably start your own thread. You will get more response.

Second could you go into event viewer (type event viewer in search) and go to the windows log>applications tab. Look for errors (they have red in the left column) that mention messenger. there will be many. tell us what the event ID (something like 1000) and source (something like 100) are.

zigzag. Same error for me. I don't know wether these others have fixed it but I can't seem to do it. So I went to event viewer, and did what you said and got the things up. Here ya go.
