Vista - Serious windows live messenger issue

Hi!
I got some serious problems with windows live messenger. Like many others, when I start messenger, it simply crashes or wont start up at all. I looked on tons of sites and tried everything I found. Like when i run it as administrator, it does start up, but when it opens a conversation, it crashes again. I tried to disable the script debug thing in Internet explorer, but that didn't work out aswell. I also tried a bunch of codes in my CMD to fix this, and this also does not work. I really don't know what to do anymore and i really wanna be able to go online on msn again and talk with my mates etc. I really miss that. Is there maybe anyone here who can help me with this? I hope i can get it fixed here. I got Vista home premium 32bit btw
