| Vista Home Premium | Windows Live Toolbar Windows Live Messenger always prompts me to open it but I don't use it at present. I also recently have been getting a pop-up prompting me to accept or install "Windows Live Toolbar User Elevation Hel...." I don't know what it is for and I certainly don't want it if I don't need it. Can anyone tell me if this is a useful or necessary feature. I have Vista Home Premium operating system. Thanks, GordonHS |
