A little box says "a newer version is available" and i must update to sign in.



but i did that & went through the whole update & still later comes up with this.

Can't sign in. I cant go through a browser as I dont remember my password.

As far as troubleshooting, you're going to have to reset the password to your MSN/Live account and then try to install the latest version again.
