| Boot-up slow Hello: Just installed Windlows Vista Service Pack 1 (KB936330). When boot-up it takes longer------ log on with password is longer, and now screen goes black for a minute before password log on appears, then after enter password it is longer wait until desktop appears. Has anyone who has just install latest WVSP 1 experience a slower boot-up? It's gotten to the point that I'm very careful about what updates to install--- The above update is listed important & MS doesn't give a very clear explaination of it-- I took a chance it was important & now boot-up is acting slower. Does anyone know what this update does? is it an important to install? Has anyone had a slow boot-up from installing this update. Thanks for reply. Max |
