I have HP Pavilion dv2315nr entertainment notebook PC,
with OS Vista basic bit32. I'm having trouble with the Windows Update. I can't get my computer to download any updates at all. All attemps would just simply fail. The last update that I had made was on 3/27/2008 and it was Definition Update for Windows Defender - KB915597 (Definition 1.29.8083.0). Ever since then all update attempts have failed. Also I have been getting error messages upon reboot that includes the following error codes: 0x800106ba 6811507 Could anyone please help me resolve these errors? Thanks!!!!! |

you can also try this: start - computer - right click C:/ - properties - tools - Error checking - check now - reboot
when you have finished the error checking wait for the p.c to full boot where you have no hard drive activity the try your updates again |
