Why doesn't my Windows Update show me drivers when I need them. I think it's a really bad program. The other day, my video card was way out of date and I asked Windows Update to update the driver, but he said it was up-to-date. He doesn't show me the SP1 from Microsoft either...
Is this normal, or just my problem?

Hi Amplid,
I would always recommend to get the latest drivers from the device's manufacturer website instead to avoid just this thing or worse.
You can use the standalone SP1 installer instead at:
