 Junior Member Rep Power: 1  |  The page failed to load, Vista Update when going to the windows update window, i get a white blank page and it says "the page failed to load" i did restart, same issue... what is it all about?  and another thing, i don't have a Floppy drive in my computer however a Floppy A: drive is present in "Computer" how can i remove it from the list?  |

I can fix it by going into task manager, end process to explorer.exe and then go to file new, enter explorer.exe and restart it. This helps but it's only temporary. Please help I hate this. Not only does it now load page to update, but severla other tasks. I had this problem for two weeks now, i reformatted my pc 3 times, last format i lost everything becasue i reformatted my data drive and not the OS, so this problem caused me to lose everything. I'm trying to recover usinf Recover My Files, but since i reformatted and defragmented my pc, i think i lost everything. Thanks for anyone that can help. Also I want to point out that when i did my clean install, i have the microsoft SP! DVD that i purchased from them. Is it better to use this DVD or do I just let windows update it.
