| Vista Home Premium 32-bit & Vista Ultimate 64-bit both Service Pack 2 W7 Pro RTM 7600 32 & 64 | Failed Updates If you ever get an update that fails to install correctly, simply select Try Again. I had this problem with an update for Vista X64 when I carried out my weekly update routine. It is possible that a corrupt update download can cause this, as the update downloaded again and was subsequently successfully installed. |

| Vista Home Premium 32 bit now with SP2! | Re: Failed Updates And make sure you're connected to the internet.. I had to try a few times to install a Defender update while offline the other day and got several 'failed' messages before I realised it.. doh! |
