| Vista Home Premium 64bit | Problem with windows update... I can't use windows update to get any updates. I get error code 80004002. I've googled it and it tells me to re-register the dll's. I've tried that but it gives me yet another error. "The module "wuaueng.dll" was loaded but the call to DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x80070005." I've googled that but I can't find any fix for that error. Does anyone know what's going on? All I did was re-install vista and it gave me this. |

| Windows 7 x64 build 7100 & Ubuntu 9.04 | Re: Problem with windows update... Hello something, I would recommend using the Repair feature of your Vista disk. That should patch up the DLL files. ~Lordbob |
