service pack 2

hi..Is it ok to update my pc to spk2 , my windows live one care anti virus icon stays on yellow because of that spk2 notice update, its been there for days can anyone tell me if its ok to update to spk2 ,anyone tried it? we're using 64bit vista home premium in our desktop, and 32bit windows vista home basic on our laptop.


and another thing I replied to one of the thread about changing the desktop fonts, now im trying to find where is that thread and I got lost already I cant remember where did I post it. .silly me anybody knows how to change the desktop fonts? I already read the tutorial all about fonts but I cant find which one is or the desktop.
hope you guys can help me.

Hello Dylana,

To find your previous posts just click your name and select Find More Posts by Dylana.
Btw your post is in this thread here Fonts - Change Default

If the SP2 update is showing in the Windows updates and you don't want to install it, you can hide this update, so it won't show in the updates.

I want to install sp2 but im just worried that it might cause problems . have u guys tried installing spk2? how was it?

Sorry can't help much in this, personally I didn't install it, still waiting for the final release. I don't want to mess with installing and uninstalling the present version before installing the final one.

The RTM for SP2 is not in general release as yet. The RTM has been made available for download by TechNet and MSDN subscribers.

I dont know how I got that sp2 updates, maybe its because I have my automatic updating ON. and that spk2 been there since april 28. I just ignore it everytime windows live one care says that there are updates available for my pc. I dont even know what is that spk2
