just a question

just say that i always mess my pc allot, and i need to put it back to factory condition. i have super laggy internet and when i put it back to factory condition it has practiclly no updates, is there a way of manually having all the files and just executing them to update my sytem?

another question, wth is vista sp2?? can i just instaall sp 2 and dont install any other updates??

Unless you want to D/L about 400 hot fixes off the Microsoft site (Witch you cant really do), then no you cant do it. I think that Service Pack 2 requires SP1 to be installed.

---the SP2 is the Windows Vista 'Service-Pack-2'---which is the newest update for all computers right now---I just did mine also---it does take up to an hour or so, with all the re-starts, etc, but I DO recommend it to everyone, so that you are functioning 'up-to-date'---(why would you not want to?)---
