I've tried the ideas above, no joy: as my PC came preinstalled with SP1 I seem to have no way to uninstall it. ![]() What I can add is this: Process Monitor shows is the update continually accesses: C:\Windows\servicing\Version\6.0.6001.18000 - no more files This suggests an infinite loop in the code, and something missing from that folder. Could someone who has successfully applied this please post the contents of that folder? Attempts to report this to MS have been rather fobbed off to date. Thanks! |
