Vista - Code 8024402C

Hi guys: I am running Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bits and I am encountering the following problems:

1. I can navigate everywere in the NET except for microsoft related pages.
2. I cannot update any windows product. Either I receive "code 80244002C" answer or the applications fails to find an Internet Connection, even when I AM CONNECTED to the net.

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Run cmd.exe with administrative previlliges and type

regsvr32 msxml3.dll

and next check access to MS pages

if no help make this:How do I reset Windows Update components?

I tried the regsvr and it did not work. Since the link is also a microsoft page, I can´t access either.
I don't know if this have something to do with my network. I have a DSL modem and a wireless router. My PC is connected to the wireless network.

PS: I tried to resolve the microsoft address from the Cmd using nslookup. when navigate with the IP address instead of the name, I can access to that (http://65.54.166.122/ph/11732/es instead of support.microsoft.com/ph/11732..) but IT ONLY HAPPENS with windows addresses...
