I tried to correct the problem from services by disabling enabling Background Intelligent Transfer Service,Windows Update,Workstation. But there is no "Windows update" service to start or stop.I dont know what is the problem.Also my automatic updating is turned off and i cant turn it on.Can anyone help me please?

If you really don't have WU service ->two methods to fix it:
-Reinstall WU Agent How to obtain the latest version of the Windows Update Agent to help manage updates on a computer
or
-import fix to registry which I attached below+restart
If it don't help prepare log from VistaSysInfoTool http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/176785-vistaforums-sysinfo-tool.html
