hi i have a dell xps system just updated to vista sp2. at reboot it did not recognize the bluetooth keyboard and mouse. when i plugged in a usb mouse i went to the bluetooth settings in windows control panel and searched for devices. it found the mouse but after pairing wouldn't work, and it found the keyboard but returned an unknown error and wouldn't work. is this a known issue and is there a known fix? any help would be appreciated. thanks, markoos

Its probably a bluetooth driver. go into device manager (type device in search) go to the blue tooth section. Is your device there? does it have a yellow triangle on it?

Are there any other "unknown" devices with yellow triangles on them?
