And these hotfixes are already installed?If you only want to remove update history it is not any problem.Stop Windows Update service and delete the whole C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution folder

Of course!Don't worry!These folder only store downloaded updates,update history logs and nothing more! Then you'll again run WU system rebuild this folder.Even more from time to time is good to clear this folder to remove never more used files to save more space likely empty TEMP folder.
