Vista - Problems after SP2

Hello Everybody.
I have Vista 64 Ul, Pentium D and 9800gt.
I have no one problem with more than a year using Vista 64 Ul SP1, but
After installing SP2 with autoupdate there begin probelms with 0x00000024 BSOD, when attempting coding the video with DVD-maker or any other video programm at 5-10% of process.

No any other programmms or actions cause BSOD.

I've tried to update, install and uninstall NVidia drivers, k-lite, and antivirus. Nothing helped.

Interesting that if rename ntfs.sys after booting to ntfs.old and begin to code, no BSOD will come, but at 5-10% just "unexpected problem" and DVD-maker shut down, but Windows keep working.

Ntfs.sys it strictly system driver and shouldn't be touched

1.Pack the whole folder C:\Windows\Minidump and attache to post.
2.Download OTL http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/OTL.exe
run it (leave oryginal settings),and prepare logs MAIN+EXTRAS and attache them to post.

Your main problem seems to be with graphics drivers,read below:

The second problem is this one:Event ID 10 is logged in the Application log after you install Windows Vista Service Pack 1 or Windows Server 2008
