Vista Service Pack 2 error code 80070570

SP2 is on timed download update but is consistantly 'failing' to download. Have tried manually downloading with same error code ie 8007050. Have spent many hours looking for solutions, going round in circles. Would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Hi

Try downloading the ISO & burn to disk.

Thanks, but what is ISO, know how to burn to disk but what then...

Not sure if i am repeating myself here but you instructions are unclear...what is an ISO, presumably i will be able to burnit to a disk, but what do i do then? Thanks :sarc:

First try reset WU components in aggressive mode How do I reset Windows Update components?
Mostly cases it work on this error
