Unable to update my .net framework

It depence to which hotfixes do you have problem:
If it is problem with NET Framework 1.1 or 3.5 remove it by using Net Framework Cleanup Tool Aaron Stebner's WebLog : .NET Framework Cleanup Tool User's Guide (not through Programs and Features!) and reinstall it again.If it is problem with 2.0 ,3.0 and sometimes with 3.5 (if reinstalling it don't solve problem) then follow below:
Run cmd.exe with administrative previlliges (rigt click on cmd.exe as admin) and type:
sfc /scannow
next run Readiness Tool Description of the System Update Readiness Tool for Windows Vista, for Windows Server 2008, for Windows 7, and for Windows Server 2008 R2
Pack all files from C:\Windows\Logs\CBS folder and attache to post
