hi all,
I just installed new updates yesterday on my HP Pavillion a6712f desktop, and after I installed it, I was not able to reboot my machine. The farthest it goes is the blue screen with the HP and Intel logos, in the first seconds of the restart.
None of the F-function keys will work. I tried to use the re-installation DVDs, but it won't work either.
I am desperate. Please HELP.
