That's quite a major problem to leave you with, so if you don't mind, I would like to finish off here? I have requested the necessary files from a friend here, so hopefully he will be able to source them, then it's just one last set of instructions for you and you should be good to go!

Uninstall Update

1. Click on the Start button and select Control Panel
2. Click on Programs
3. Under the Programs and Features header, click on View installed updates
4. You will now see a list of your installed updates. Using the search box, locate following update(s) on the list
   
   • KB2656374
   
   
5. One by one double click on these update(s) to uninstall them.
6. Once you have done this, reboot your computer
