Evening to all, Hope somebody can help me out with this question ?

I've tried to set up home energy service but I'm being told windows 8 is not compatible to use the service ?

I thought I was/am using vista but with upgrade pop ups being sent all the time am i using windows 8 ?

It just means that you are up to date with the SPs (Service Pacs). If you installed Vista, you still have Vista. You could not get 8 without paying and without knowing.
