I've had this is old SP2 upodate sitting there for years just tried to install it as i need SP2 for a certain program and it does not download. The progress bar stays at 0% then i get this error message

First try turning off your antivirus software and then reattempy. Second try running SFC. http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/66978-system-files-sfc-command.html

Hi tried both neither worked. The SFC says did not find any integrity violations.
