I would like to, but that I all I have when I open the WinFS Explorer root or
refresh it.

I get this exact same error, using the origina Beta 1. To install it I had to
install .net 2.0 beta 2 over .net 2.0 final. After installing that WinFS
installed fine, but I get the exact same error now as MBU. XP32, A64 4000+,
2Gb RAM. No other error information apart from the error logs are known.
