ADO API for WinFS

Hi!!! I´m from Argentina and I'm starting studying WinFS because I want to
start using it. I´ve been working for several months with NHibernate and
when I look for the "former" ObjectSpaces I noticed about WinFS... and I´m
here. Mi question is: I have seen the presentation of Shishir Mehrotra
(DAT209) in which he shows the ADO.NET entities on SQL. I search for them in
the Beta1 SDK doc of WinFS and I do not find it. Are those features
available in Beta1, or coming on next Beta2?
Thanks a lot u people.
Keep in touch

Re: ADO API for WinFS

As of right now, we are working on adding ADO.NET support in Beta 2.
Most of the support should be in WinFS by Beta 3. Hope this helps.

Re: ADO API for WinFS

I know you must get asked this a lot, but what kind of timescale are we
looking for for the next beta?

I don't need a date, I'm just wondering whether we're talking within
the next 3 months, 6 months, 12 months?

I'm hoping to use WinFS in my final year project at University, which
will start from September. Will there be a new build out by then is my
main question!

Cheers
Mat
