Vista - WinFS WinFX et Vista

I was just browsing the VIsta section of the main site and dove into the
WinFX portion which is the version I expect with the^pushed back release of
WinVista. Thus I dove further and ran into WinFS and from further product
description I am wonderring...................?????

Are we going to see WinFX or WinFS with the WinVista release???!!!!

I am assuming WinFX as we are not even at Beta 2 of FS but the Vista site
has some tidbits and sections not finshed thus a chance that FS could surface
sooner..

A little help Microsoft as we are all curious.

Hi Richard,

There are no plans for Vista Beta2 to ship *with* WinFS pre-installed. That
being said, WinFS Beta 2 will have some level of support on select Vista
Client SKU's - we are still ironing out the details. As for Vista RTM, we
are considering several options for how WinFS will be made available to end
users.

Schema for this type is missing on the store.
Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
Please help me!
I come out recently of the developers days on 20 April in Russia on theme
WinFS, but I cannot create new type object, advise that it is possible to
make for eliminating this error!

Hello,

You have to register the schema dlls in your store.

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\WinFS\bin\StoreApi" -AddSchema DefaultStore
C:\MyPath\Microsoft.Northwind.dll

Replace the C:\MyPath by the path of Microsoft.Northwind.dll in your
computer
