STOP message at startup 0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x841EA348, ...

STOP: 0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x841EA348, 0xC0000102, 0x00000000)

Heya. I have a Dell Dimmension PC. (Dell error code 0F00:1378 shows up
when I use the Dell diagnostic, if that helps anything). I had recently had
spyware/adware issues, but as far as I could tell I had cleared it out
completely.
Anyways, my computer froze up last night and I had to forcefully turn it off
(by hitting the power button and holding it for 6 seconds). When I went to
turn it back on, it looks as if its going to open fine, but after the loading
screen is up for a few seconds, I get a Blue Screen with that STOP message.
It recommends disabling/uninstalling my antivirus programs/firewall to try
to fix it, but as Windows will not even open in Safe Mode, I do not see how
that is possible.

If you have any ideas, either reply here or at Jburrrow777[at]aol[dot]com or
soldier.in.christ[at]gmail[dot]

Hi Jared,

I have the similar problem with the same symptom (But the second error code
is 0x86771A98). Did you ever get a response or got it sorted by yourself.

Any hint would be much appreciated.
