Vista - InfoCard: Identity Provider Development: InfoCard sample

I am building an identity provider.

I have been following the steps in Section 5 of the tech-ref. When I try to
add my own InfoCard to the selector, it fails, but doesn't tell me why, nor
does the event log entry help.

1) Is there away to turn on debugging? (I am using WinFX Beta 2 on WinXP.)

2) Is there a complete sample InfoCard that the selector will accept? The
one in the tech-ref has many incomplete fields.

3) Is there a way to decrypt exported InfoCards from the selector?
