Outlook Express 6 Error Message.

My husband and I both have OE and mine works and his doesn't. I called our Ip
and they referred me to Microsoft who would charge to answer a question. So
here I am hoping for some help.
The error message is as follows: Server Error 0x800CCC90. Also there seems
to be something wrong with the Main ID as well. Can you give me step by step
how to fix this? Thank tou.
