I just found out that Microsoft Tech Net Plus Tester's will NOT be getting
the July Windows Vista CTP!

The July Windows Vista CTP is for Microsoft Beta Tester's and MSDN
Subscriber's (OS Level and Up Only)!

There are a few things that need to be Corrected with my Original Post's:

1. It is Indeed The Windows Vista July 2006 EDW.

2. It will be Released to TAP Beta Tester's, Microsoft Technical Beta
Tester's, MSDN Tester's (OS Level and Up), and Microsoft Tech Net Plus
Tester's.

3. I was Correct about the fact that it is Not a CPP Release, however.
